Delete Your Account
You're in control of your data. Here's exactly how deletion works.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
Open the Mynesto app → Profile tab → Delete Account → confirm twice. Deletion is immediate.
Option 2 — By request
Email support@mynesto.in from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and include your registered mobile number. We verify ownership via OTP and complete deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account is deactivated immediately and can no longer be signed into.
- Your active property listings are taken offline and archived.
- Your name, contact details, and profile data are removed from active systems.
- Your mobile number is released so it can be used for a fresh account later.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, tax, or dispute records) and are deleted when no longer legally required. Anonymised analytics that can't identify you may also be retained.
