Report Fraud
Common scams to watch for
- Advance payment scams — "pay a token to book the visit" or "deposit to hold the flat" before you've seen anything.
- Too-good-to-be-true pricing — luxury property at half the market rate, owner "abroad" and can't meet.
- Fake ownership — listing someone else's property using stolen photos.
- Off-platform pressure — pushing you to unofficial payment links or apps.
How to report
1. From the listing: open the property page and use the Report option (Wrong Info / Fraud / Duplicate).
2. By email: write to support@mynesto.in with subject "FRAUD REPORT", the property link or ID (MN-xxxx), and what happened. Screenshots help enormously.
What happens next
Fraud reports are reviewed with priority. Confirmed fraudulent listings are removed, accounts are banned, and where appropriate we cooperate with law enforcement. If you have transferred money, also file a complaint at your local police station or at cybercrime.gov.in immediately.
